You can configure password policies that apply to all users on the Corente Services network, including administrators who access App Net Manager, users who access Gateway Viewer, and Mobile Users with the Corente Client.
To configure password policies, do the following:
Right-click the domain name in the domain directory.
Select Preferences from the context menu.
The Preferences for Domain
domain_namedialog displays.Select the Password tab and then specify the following details:
Password Minimum Length sets the minimum length for passwords. This value is from
8to20characters. The default value is8.Expire Passwords specifies if users must change their passwords after a certain number of days. The number of days can be from
1to365days. This option is selected by default. The default number of days is30.Password Reuse Restriction specifies how many times users can have the same password. The number of times can be from
1to12days. The default value is2.
Select OK to close the Preferences for Domain
domain_namedialog.Select File and then Save to save your changes to the Corente SCP.
