Setting Up Email Alerts

You can specify email addresses to which App Net Manager sends alerts when administration changes occur in the domain. The alerts contain details about the changes, including the date, time, and administrator account.

Note

Email addresses on the Alerts tab in the Location configuration take priority over the email addresses you specify in the domain preferences.

To set up email alerts, do the following:

  1. Right-click the domain name in the domain directory.

  2. Select Preferences from the context menu.

    The Preferences for Domain domain_name dialog displays.

  3. Select the Alerts tab and then:

    1. Select Notify on Administration Change to configure App Net Manager to send alerts.

    2. Add up to five email addresses to receive alerts.

    3. Select OK.

  4. Select File and then Save to save your changes to the Corente SCP.
