Corente's policy is to respect and protect the privacy of our Members. This policy statement tells you how we collect information from you and how we use it.

Personal Information About Members Corente Gathers

The information we gather from Members helps us personalize and continually improve our products and your experience using the product. We gather information only as described below.

  1. Information You Give Us
    We receive and store any information you enter into your account or give us in any other way, such as your name, company name, job title, phone number, physical address or e-mail address. You may opt in to receive periodic updates and promotions from Corente or its content providers. You can choose not to provide certain information or opt out of such options, but then you might not be able to take advantage of many of our features. You can also update your information at any time. We use the information that you provide to customize future offers for you and communicate with you.
  2. Automatic Information
    Whenever you interact with Corente, we receive and store certain types of information. For example, we use "cookies" and obtain certain types of information when your Web browser accesses http//:www.corente.com (the "Corente Site"). A cookie is an alphanumeric identifier that a Web site transfers to an individual's hard drive for record-keeping purposes. Cookies make your use of the Corente site easier by saving your preferences while you are at the Corente site.     You should be aware though that when you are on the Corente site, you could be directed to other sites that are beyond our control.     Corente may combine the information you provide along with the statistics of the areas you visit on the Corente Site, including what content you view, with our other Members to create "aggregate data" that we may disclose to third parties. This data is also used to customize the Corente site content and advertising to deliver a better experience for our Members. The third parties with whom we share aggregate data include our partners, advertisers or other content providers. You hereby agree that Corente may disclose any such information to a third party without your express prior consent.

When Corente Shares Information It Receives

We do not rent our list to third parties. We share Member information only as described below.

  1. Service Providers
    We may contract with service providers to perform some of the functions relating to the Corente site on its behalf. Our service providers will have access to Member information only to the extent that it is required to perform their functions, and they may not use it for other purposes.

    The Corente site may contain advertisements and sponsorships. Corente may also send promotions to its Members on behalf of its partners, advertisers and other content providers. You can opt out of these promotions by adjusting your account preferences. To customize the Corente site and improve advertising, Corente may aggregate Member information and share such information with these parties.

    As Corente grows its business, Corente might sell or buy assets. In such transactions, Member information generally is one of the transferred assets. Also, if Corente is acquired or files for bankruptcy, Member information will be one of Corente's assets.
  4. Protection of Corente and Others
    We disclose Member information in special cases when we have reason to believe that disclosing this information is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against someone who may be causing injury to or interference with (either intentionally or unintentionally) Corente's rights or property, other Members, or anyone else that could be harmed by such activities. Corente may disclose user information when we believe in good faith that the law requires it.

    You hereby consent to Corente's disclosure of your information for the purposes listed above. Other than as set out above, you will receive notice when Member information might go to third parties, and you will have an opportunity to choose not to share the information.

How You Can Remove Information

You may request that we delete any personal information we may have collected about you (phone number, physical address, e-mail address, or other registration information, etc.) from our computers by contacting us directly via e-mail at .

Changes in the Corente Privacy Policy

Corente will only use the information we learn about you in the manner described in the Privacy Policy in effect when the information was collected from you. However, we reserve the right to change the terms of this Privacy Policy at any time by posting revisions to the Corente Site. If, at any time, we wish to use personal information about you in a manner drastically different than what we've described here, we will make every effort to contact you if you have given us your e-mail address or to make sufficient public announcements that, in our sole discretion, give you ample opportunity to ask that we delete any personal information we have about you in our files.
